Thousands and Thousands of lawn and gardening machines will get new spark plugs this year. Over the past burst of Spring-like temperatures in the Atlanta area, I have purchased at least 5 of these new plugs.
As a self-professed lawn and gardening guy, I take pride in maintaining my own lawn and the tools that I have to use to maintain them.
But KUDOS to the Champion brand Interactive and Digital team!
Recently, at the local Home Depot, I could not find an associate to save my life! However, in smaller print on some of the boxes of spark plugs, I saw the link to this site: http://getchampion.mobi/
The general call to action was something like, “find your own spark plug” . Now, while I found that the site itself was a little hard to find my product’s spark plug, I do understand the data that Champion has to help to present is immense!
Honestly, I was able to find my Ryobi’s spark plug without completing the wizard that the site offered, but Kudos still the same.
Notes To Champion:
To make the Spark Plug find a little easier, I would start with the NAME or BRAND of the machine first. Starting with the general type of machine was hard, even on my iphone.
Set up your A/B test for your mobile site and see if you can see a difference in full serving of part numbers comparatively.
Again, Kudos Champion for stepping into the Self Service Digital space.
